Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters
When you order a recovery tool from us, you're telling us something personal — that you care about how your body feels, and that you're willing to take a step to make it better. We take that trust seriously. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have over it. We're not going to bury you in legalese. If anything here is unclear, the Contact Us page is open and we'll explain it directly.
Information we collect
To get your order to your door and to help you if something goes wrong, we need a few basic things. That's it.
- Order details: your name, shipping address, email address, and the items you ordered. Without this, we can't pack the box or tell the courier where to take it.
- Payment information: when you check out, your payment is processed securely through a certified payment processor. We never see, store, or keep your full card number on our servers. All we get is confirmation that the payment went through.
- Support history: if you email us about an order, a product, or a return, we keep that thread so we can pick it up the next time you write in. That includes your name, email, and whatever you chose to tell us about your body or your situation.
How we use your information
We use your information for one reason: to give you what you ordered, to help you use it well, and to help you if something goes wrong.
- We process your order and send it to the address you provided.
- We email you an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
- If you reach out to us with a question, a return, or a problem, we use your information to respond and make that right.
- If you've opted to hear from us, we may occasionally send you updates about new tools, restocks, tips for getting more relief, or seasonal offers. You can unsubscribe from these at any time, and we'll stop sending them right away.
That's the list. We don't use your information to build advertising profiles of you. We don't feed it to data brokers. We don't infer things about your health from your order history and turn around and sell that insight to someone else.
We don't sell your information
This is worth saying directly, because it's a line we won't cross:
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We don't hand over your email to anyone who wants to send you their own catalog, and we don't make money by passing your details around. The only people who see your information are the people who need it to get your order to you — our fulfillment partner and our payment processor, both of whom are bound to use it only for that job.
Data security
We keep your information reasonably protected. Our checkout runs over encrypted connections, our payment details are handled by certified processors, and we limit access to your order data to the small number of people who actually need it to do their jobs. We don't keep more information than we need, and we don't keep it longer than we have to.
No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. But we take reasonable steps to protect what you've given us, and we never store the one thing that would hurt most if it leaked — your full payment card number.
Your choices
You're in control. If at any point you'd like to:
- See what information we hold about you
- Correct or update your address or email
- Delete your account or your order history
- Unsubscribe from any emails we send
Just reach out through the Contact Us page and we'll take care of it. Most of these requests can be handled in a single reply. We won't make you jump through hoops to see your own information, and we won't try to talk you out of deleting it.
If you ever feel like something on this page doesn't match how we actually treated you, that's on us — tell us, and we'll fix it.
